Good size. Keeps ice just a bit longer. Doesn't squirt when the water sloshes around, keeps your bike clean when you are carrying hydration mixes. Easy to really squeeze and get a good drink.This might just be me but sometimes on really long rides 4-6 hours I've come away with a weird pain in my throat. I think it might be because these bottles are a little harder to suck from and it puts just a little more strain on my throat. If I remember to squeeze the bottles it's fine. I'm not knocking any stars for my pain as I believe that is user error but if you have throat trouble normally this might not be the thing for you.

So what makes this a better bottle? It keeps water cool for hours, but is easy to squeeze. It also has a valve so it won't leak if tipped over. Lastly it can be closed with a quarter turn of the spout, so it will not leak when you carry it in a bag to your ride. Just don't forget to open it up before you start your ride

Easy to drink from and good capacity. Smaller bike frames or suspension shocks my limit available room.

I like to take homemade chocolate milk to Sunday services where I'll need it to stay cool for 4-5 hours including music rehearsals, etc., and this insulated, tough bottle works nicely.

The main issue is that it doesn’t keep water cold for long- and we don’t put it in the dishwashing machine

I have two of these bottles, I use them when I’m riding a bike, and sometimes when kayaking (fishing or slow river adventures). They work well, never leaked and the squeeze works well to get a quick drink when riding for exercise.

I bought 3 of these bottles, 2 for cycling and one for the gym to replace the bottles I had been using for a long time. The insulation works much better than I expected keeping the fluids cool and the bottles do not sweat as did my old bottles. Two thumbs up.
