Very sturdy.
A requirement for getting up from a lower sitting position. I attached it to a hurri-cane. It went on smoothly. I noticed it can be turned or repositioned if no weight is put on it, but with the handle down and force applied, it holds fast in place. I have put some serious force on it (I'm a big guy) and it holds up. Solid construction. When folded, it works well to hang on a chair or table edge keeping it out of the way.

Workable, but...
The cane handle has a set diameter. So the cane handle may not be compatible with all canes.If your cane is a smaller diameter than the handle, the handle will move up and down along the cane, only coming to rest at an adjustment joint on the cane.The cane handle is handy, but has issues.

Does It's Job!!!
Solid!! Takes my weight (204 lbs/92.7Kg) easily as I got up from a sitting (on the floor) position when I tested it in my Living Room!!!A little issue was no instructions. Also a tad bit difficult to get on, but then again it has to be tight to do its job, otherwise it would Not be able to do it's job.... Seniors may need someone else to put it on for them!

Does NOT fit foldable canes.
Says it fits foldable canes, but it does NOT. This handle requires the cane to be separated into 2 pieces to be installed. Foldable canes have a thick elastic band running the entire length of the cane. No place to slip the handle onto the cane body. Had to return for a refund.

NO INSTRUCTIONS
Not really helpful. The adhesive was too thick and did not fit between the cane shaft and the plastic sleeve. I may have been using it wrong since THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE ITEM! Not even in Chinese! Not impressed.

It works as stated but doesn’t help
If someone can use this then they can use the top of their cane the same way. If they can’t use the top of their cane then they can’t use this. But it does work. And may be better for those with hand grip issues due to arthritis etcDoes not make anything more balanced when using. is simply another grip.

very helpful.
amazing how helpful this handle is. might need help attaching to cane. its' a tight fit. it don't feel like it will slip at least.
