These worked perfect for some books I used as a table decoration.

The white paper backing the cloth makes it straightforward to mark for cutting. It glues easily onto book board. The photo is the book cloth used to cover the book spine. Looks great!

I've bought this product in 5 different colors at this point (black, purple, dark green, dark blue, and grey) and I've yet to have an issue with any of them. Really good for novice binders such as myself.Yes the material is thin and yes half the time it does arrive looking wrinkled, but I've bound 7 books overall and I have never had an issue of glue showing through (even the lighter colors) or of a wrinkle showing. I use standard pva and that works great with this.Basically every time I work with it I think "oh this isn't going to look good" and then I finish and it looks great. So don't get scared off by it's appearance in it's roll; be careful with your glue and make sure you are using your folder to smooth things down! It'll all work out in the end.

I use this on 5x7 hard cover books and have had an excellent experience with it. I am adhering it with double sided sticky sheets and get really clean covers with no glue mess. Books in the field are holding up very nicely and that is saying a lot as our readers tend to be hard on books. I highly recommend this product and other colors of it.

The product is a decent product, however the shipping of this product is so bad that it comes damage, flatten, and full of creases.

Good sturdy bookcloth with a nice color

The book cloth came with large bumps and bends in the product. Hopefully they can iron out, but it’s unusable in its current form. The color is also more vivid in person, which doesn’t match the color pallet that I was working with. I don’t know if I’ll return it or try to make it work. I might just try it on one book, and move to something else for the rest of the series if it doesn’t work. Given the price, I know I was taking a gamble. So it is what it is. Hopefully with some foiling and vinyl, it’ll look great.
