Great product and a massive cost save!
We’re mid construction, so it’s not all done. We installed the screen before drywall. Best Buy wanted us to buy some $4,000 screen and this literally performs perfectly for a fraction of the price. When it’s up, it fits really nicely to the ceiling and most people don’t even notice it. Controller is easy to use, but there’s no memory to program it when to stop when putting the screen down. To put the screen up, it’s just one tap. It makes noise when the motor is operating, but any machine will make noise. The controller antenna works well even through shiplap. This has been one of our favorite purchases for our basement being finished! Guests are impressed by it! If I had to do it all over again, I’d still choose to buy this.

Wavy Screen
The media could not be loaded. The problems we are facing:- The screen needs help to get out (see the first minutes of the video). Doing this every single time is not great.- The screen does not go all the way down (this happen recently, I had to re-adjust my video projector)- The wave on the left side (might be caused by a screw inside the box?). I have attached a picture that shows the screw marks on the screen.Jesse Lomeli on the support was very helpful. We applied all the recommendation to fix the issue. The situation has improved but still not acceptable for the price. We spent so much time setting up the screen that we don't have the courage to remove it, send it back, waiting for the replacement (if that falls under the warranty), install it again.

Documentation in User Guide Incorrect
While installing this screen and opting for the hard wired option, I found what appeared to be an unusual difference in the suggested wiring diagram. The user manual shows that if using a hard wire configuration the black wire is common and the white wire is hot. This is the complete opposite of how most house wiring is done. I phoned tech support twice and each time they confirmed the manual is correct and stated no one has ever phoned before on this issue. Against my better judgement I wired it according to the user manual. When I went to flip the breaker, it gave me a red error condition without actually flipping the breaker. I assumed that this meant it detected a problem with polarity. Glad I didn't try to operate the screen! Once I reversed the wiring to standard (white-white; black-black), I reset the breaker and no error. Screen works as expected. I suspect no one ever reads the manual but I'm the rare guy who does. Very frustrating. Rating may be premature based on lack of actual use and based mostly on perceived value of received product.
