Disappointing performance and functionality issues
I purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 5, expecting a high-quality device for business use, but I’ve been very disappointed. The laptop has not been functioning properly since day one. It lags frequently, and the overall performance is well below what I expected from a device with these specifications. I have experienced multiple issues with the fingerprint reader, and it overheats easily during basic tasks. For a renewed product, I hoped it would be in better condition. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this laptop based on my experience.
