If you have seasonal allergies or lung constriction (asthma), this is a very mild supplement , as it wont help replace your current inhalers or levocetrizine etc may have feel good effect, but you need to depend on your Dr prescribed allopathic medicines which are good in treating syptoms.. If you guyz find a good lung detox that does the job for ppl having allergies / asthma that can replace english medicines, pl inform..I am also trying other popular ones and will be evaluating them
