Would this work with Tablet 10 Inch Blackview Tab12Pro Android 12 Tablet ?

Seems to work on all android touch screens and fire touch screens. At least I haven't found any of mine it doesn't work on. Hope this helps.

Is this pen compatible with chromebook touch screen? Mine is a lenovo

Won't work on my surface. So I am not sure it will.

Does the pen offer palm rejection technology?

No it does not. As I am using it on non stylus equipped tablets and phones, palms and fingers will affect the screen. There is no additional Software with this stylus so I'm not sure if prt Software is preloaded onto stylus equipped tablets and phones or their respective factor supplied stylus. So for me, with this stylus my palm definitely hovers off the screen.
