Easy assembly and looks good.

Easy to set up my only issue is the incline positions. The holes are not in a place where you can set the pin for a proper incline bench press. But overall flat bench is great.

Putting the bench together took about an hour and a half but the instructions were mostly good (I used the wrong bolts at one point and had to reverse myself but I followed the instructions not to tighten everything up until I was done). It's a fairly solid and stable bench for barbell use, however, I question the ability to do dips with this because the balance is squirly and the width is too far apart. Ironically, the width for bench pressing is a little narrow. I have to watch so as not to pinch my hands on the towers. All bench pressing will be close grip versus wide, unless you can switch while holding the bar.The bands are totally useless. In the video accompanying the bench, you see the model using the nylon bands. They have zero tension unless you are a child or incredibly weak. Not throwing shade, just saying, they offer little to no resistance. Perhaps my wife would find them a challenge at 100 reps. Don't buy this bench based on using those tension "strings".Changing position of the bench from flat to incline could be easier. The bolted clip is very secure once in place, but finding it can be a challenge. There is no hook to the bar as you move the bench up and down, rather you have to manually guide it to get to the desired hole/bench angle.Several movable parts require unscrewing a large bolt then screwing it back. There is no easy pull out, move and plug back like you'd find with gym equipment. As you're using this at home, hopefully you won't have to adjust the bench all the time.Overall I like the bench, but I wonder if I should have spent more and got more. I feel like I might outgrow this bench pretty quickly but it was on a lightening deal and my other bench had broken so I needed a quick replacement.
