What I like most about this bag (after about 3 weeks of use so far) are the pockets and the layout of the pockets. I carry a Surface Pro with a keyboard back and forth from work, and it feels secure in the laptop sleeve. Most of the pockets are designed with the understanding that users will put three dimensional objects in them (not just flat things which I greatly appreciate). On the inside there's a place for my cord, my mouse, my snacks, my glasses, my protein shake, my pens, a little note book, my wallet, and more. In the middle there's room for some larger items like books &/or sneakers. And I haven't even mentioned the pockets on the outside yet. I like that there's a place for almost everything I need while away from home and needing access to my computer. The material is thick and (so far, knock on wood) the craftsmanship/quality seems pretty good and it looks professional. Sometimes the smaller exterior pocket zipper is a little tricky to open and close because of how it's sewn, but no big whoopWhat I don't like, and this is probably what we all should expect if we don't spend top dollar for a high-end bag, is that it tends to lean or just tip forward onto its side. Other than that, it usually keeps its shape okay once I get it propped open right.

Bought for my daughter who just graduated as a nurse and just started her new dream job. Very well made bag, well designed, easy to clean, stylish. Plenty of small pockets and roomy for a change of clothes, lunch bag etc

I work in the community (visiting people in their homes) and this bag let's me store everything I will need for the day. The organizing capabilities of this bag and the quality is amazing. My favorite work bag to date.

This is not only a pretty bag, it is very functional and tough. I keep it packed full with some relatively heavy items. The extra pockets on the outside are very useful as well as the 2 inside insulated pockets for drinks. Considering buying another in a solid color.
