Exactly what I was looking for...after few other plastic scrapers, this is perfect. Glides on my silicone dough mat without much resistance, as plastic scrapers were bit hesitant to move at certain holding angle. Also the slight edge bends of this scraper is perfect with sturdy metal within to be able to work the dough. I love the curve on one side for bowl scraping, and straight edge for dough cutting and flat surface scraping. Best of all, fantastic value for food grade silicone.

The dough scraper is great! The wet dough does not stick to it and no matter the size or shape of the bowl, there is a contour shape on the scraper that fits. I like the large size, it fits in your hand with plenty of scraper left to do its job.

I purchased this silicone dough scraper to use on my sourdough bread dough. It is sticky and can be a pain to handle. This dough scraper works perfectly. It allows me to move the dough off the sides of the bowl and to fold and shape it later on. It is easy to handle, cleans well and works perfectly.

I have another silicone bowl scraper with a metal core and softer edges I much prefer. But it doesn’t have a flat side so I bought this one. I just wish this one had the same softer edges. The edges bend minimally so doesn’t do as great a job nor as quickly to clear a bowl of batter but it works. A little smaller would also have made it more manageable inside bowls. Maybe I’ll use it to clear flat surfaces more.

This is just what I needed. It's great when making doughs or pie crust. It's flexible and nicely gets the dough off of the side of the bowl.
