Doesn’t come with a power cord
Make sure you don’t need a cord before ordering. Purchased this for my kiddo and it came without a cord. Tried contacting the seller and was told I have no order with them. Computer looks nice but can’t tell without turning it on.

Pleasantly Surprised
I purchased this MacBook Air for my nephew and we are both very pleased. The MacBook is refurbished; however, it looks absolutely brand new. The MacBook arrived today, as scheduled, so we haven't had the opportunity to really put it to the test but am already grateful to the vendor that the product arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Great value, really feels new
I’ve had this laptop for awhile now and it’s GREAT! The battery hangs on to power quite well when I’m not using it (meaning I left it unused in its case for a week and it still had 47% battery power!) and when I am using it, I haven’t seen any major battery dips in power either. That was my biggest concern with buying something refurbished.I routinely run two or more Adobe creative cloud programs on this laptop without lag or any system slow-downs.The graphics are decent, and the keys on the laptop feel natural and are not hard to depress.All in all, very satisfied with this purchase. I was skeptical with it being refurbished, but this laptop definitely serves my needs and is a great value!

Took A Chance, Glad I Did
Received my Macbook in perfect condition. Not a scratch on the top or bottom (the used Macbook definitely had a case on it before, which I'm grateful for). It arrived sans case, but I ordered one online that should arrive in the next week. I did purchase the Asurion insurance for $113 at checkout, and am so glad I did. I checked the serial number's eligibility for AppeCare upon receipt and it wasn't eligible, but 4 year accident protection under Asurion isn't too bad! Will be conducting thorough checks over the next week to make sure everything is in order before the 90 days is up, in case I encounter any issues but so far, AMAZING product for the price and so happy I took a chance! Will update before 30 days is over.
