i purchased this product in Novemberi been purchasing equipment from amazon and other suppliers for 4 months so that when i open my business i will have all equipment needed to startupon plugging this machine in the power or light dont turn on and i have not used it oncei did purchase it in november 2023 but didnt have a need to use it as my business wasnt open so seller refuses to refund or replaceall i needed was a replacement as i already paid for this and i need to use it in my businessguess i was unlucky
