I absolutely love this case! When I bought it I just wanted something to keep my earbuds from tangling. It has turned into a multi-tool that I don't leave home without!It does exactly what it's intended to do. It keeps the earbuds nicely organized and keeps them from tangling. It also extends the life of the earbuds as the cords don't get all wrinkled and twisted and there is less stress on where they connect to the plug and ear bud part. I've had this over a year and half now and it still looks brand new. I've attached pictures I took yesterday. One tip I can provide if you buy this product is when you are winding the cord around and you find the plug doesn't line up perfectly with one of the slots in the center, just unwind a few inches and wind it higher or lower around the center to get a new position.Ok the reason I Love this case is for the other uses I use it for. The greatest one is that I can take my microfiber cloth and push it into the center after my earbuds are in there and carry all of that in once compact case! So if I'm going to watch a video I have my cloth to clean the screen right with the ear buds I need to listen. Also I bend the bottom of the case halfway and it creates a little stand for when I want to watch a video. Since the material is rubbery the phone stays in place and tilts on an angle for a great view!All around it has stood the test of time. It has more uses then you might think at first. Awesome case!

To the reader(s) of this review. If you're like me, you can't keep headphones in good condition to save your life. It's not your fault, you don't abuse them, you don't just toss them in your pockets or backpack all willy-nilly while they bounce around in there crashing into every ear-bud destroying object which is basically everything that's a solid chunk of matter. This nifty silicon case eliminates all these issues. This would be money well spent for music lovers on the go who, like me, lose more earbuds to unintential destruction than you can keep count.The Nest is made of a rubbery, matte finished silicon and is about 2" in diameter give or take. As you can see from the pictures, the outer "rim" unfolds exposing the inner portion of the case which has six "teeth" that flex to hold your earbuds inside the center of the case while you wind the cable around the cyndrilical portion, place in the cord, then fold back the "rim" to keep your earbuds snugly secure. That's it! The case is brilliantly designed and does it's job perfectly. Now I realize between the words rim and teeth I may have described something out of a horror movie than an earbud case but I assure you this sucker is anything but a monstrosity.The silicon is tough and you won't feel like you are going to cause damage by regular use; but I'd vouch be gentle with it regardless if you can help it. It seems to catch dust easily, I can those little fuzzies all over mine but frankly who cares; I mean note that there are NO REVIEWS for this thing under four stars and for good reason. If you've been searching high and low across the endless data that is the internet for an earbud case; your quest is at an end, noble Amazon browser. You have found your earbud case.NOTE: To all those who have earbuds with a line-in mic, the case still works. Here's what I do to use it since my earbuds have a mic. Unfold the case as normal and insert the mic into the case with the cables sticking out on opposite ends of the center. Wrap the earbuds themselves in one direction and the auxiliary jack in another, and put them back into the center with the mic. It will be a bit of a squeeze, but I've never run into any issues. Even this isn't worth taking a star off for.

We love our Nest earbud cases, my only regret is that I didn't find and order them sooner! The silicone case is soft enough to flip open to wind the cord, then flip closed to store, but sturdy enough for pocket or purse when on the go. If you don't need the full length of the cord out, you can thread the plug through a slot in the middle section and hold it aside before winding the extra length up to the length you need out on the earbuds, then flip the case closed to keep the extra cord tucked away while you use the shortened section. This has been handy when I'm using the earbuds while sitting in one place and don't want the full cord length to get tangled or be in the way. When the cord is fully wound into the case, with the earbuds and plug threaded inside and tucked into the middle space, it's neatly stored away in an attractive, compact case. When you want to use the earbuds, it is quick and easy to unwind the cord and plug in to start listening. No more tangled mess or knots to deal with! This would be a great gift idea for anyone who uses earbuds.

Easy to use, works well.It took a few try's to figure out the best way to wrap my earbuds, they have a volume control so it was an added part to insert in the middle. They do get a tiny bit tangled because of this, not horribly, it only takes a second to get untangled. I don't think this would happen if you do not have the volume control on the wires.When ordering the different colors were different prices....why?, so went with the green instead of my preferred color. But not a huge deal as long as they keep my cords from being tangled and it's easy to find in my bag.It is a bit of a magnet for crumbs.It does keep my cords neat, ready to use and easy to find. And well the green may make it easier to see in my bag? Overall very pleased with it, hope it lasts a good long bit.

... except I purchased three of these at the same time at least 10 years ago. One of them is in almost daily use and shows zero signs of wear. The corded earpods installed also show zero signs of wear although they do hold the coil they've been in for a short time. I just purchased another device that uses a larger cord for charging and, while the larger size of this case now available would probably work better, I have installed it in one of the others I purchased so long ago just to shorten the cord while charging the new device. This is a top quality product!
