ليس لديهم مصداقية و أول مره أتعامل معاهم و آخر مره المنتج تعطل خلال 3 شهور وخدمة سيئه ما بعد البيع وتعامل غير لائق وعشان احصل على تصليح المنتج على الضمان يتوجب على ان آخذ المنتج بنفسي إلى مقر الشركة عشان معاينة المنتج لأنهم لا يحضرون لمنتجات صغيره و أرجو من أمازون عدم التعامل معهم لانه يسيئ إلى تاريخ شركة أمازون المتميز في منتجاته و خدماته

Horrible experience
Water keeps leaking out and despite trying to fix it many times it’s keeps happening again. This is like throwing away 300+ dirhams. Not even a month since buying it and we have to give it up.
