Gundry MDMCT Coffee Creamer with C8 and C10 MCT’s from Coconut Oil Powder - (45 Servings)

I bought the product because of the MCT without reading the reviews. After reading the reviews, decided to use it as an MCT coffee enhancer instead of a coffee creamer. I used one scoop, added my normal coffee creamer and did not add sugar. I identify a slight different taste but not bad enough to not drink it. I really enjoyed my coffee and noticed that was creamier than my regular cup of coffee.

Prices, taste not that great, you will need two scoops for it to get better. I just started using it so as if it does anything time will time.

The taste is terrible. I love a good cup of coffee and usually drink it black or with a small amount of heavy cream. I'm trying to cut back on dairy and this product has a lot of ingredients that would support my health goals. But it 100% ruined my coffee experience. The sweeteners leave an astringent aftertaste and I can't even taste the nice coffee over it plus mushroom earthiness. I'm going to try making my own blend instead. It does mix well.

I am not really liking this, it’s not as creamy as my creamer from the store, it doesn’t taste as appetizing.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I put this in my tea and it's delicious! And so good for my sensitive gut. (Smile)

I'm happy with this creamer as a healthier alternative to cream. It mixes fine into my hot tea with a small wire whisk, but I still add a little cream to get the texture I want. I feel good about the mushrooms and MCT nutrition boost.
