It’s Shilajit. I have used cheaper options. But they are a waste of money. This tastes tarry. Not as good as the £60 bottles. But good enough for me. Good overall.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I've tried a couple of shilajits before and always thought they probably weren't real. This one passed all the tests from their video so its defo legit! The quality feels spot on and after a week I felt way more energised.I'll be ordering again

Wow this stuff is thick! And yes it passes all the authenticity checks like it suggests in the video. I was pleased to try a real shilajit resin since my last experience with another brand was a nightmare - some strange droopy stuff that tasted of paint and dissolved in alcohol. While this doesn't taste much better, I can definitely tell its earthy and somewhat a acquired taste. I have only been using it for a few days so far but it does seem to be working - extra mental clarity and an overall boost. I am glad to see the company also sticks to 'traditional' extraction methods which I've heard is really important. Will see how this Shilajit journey continues

I have purchased this as it had good reviews, I have bought various makes of Shilajit and this iis my findings,The most difficult resin to remove from the jar it actually bent the little metal spoonTaste is so strong that you can actually taste it for a good while afterwards.The earthy taste it is known for, was far more than just earthy, overpowering comes to mind.I would not recommend or buy this product again.

Perfect product

Been taking this a while, sleep has improved and whether it’s a placebo effect or not do feel less fatigued .I usually take this in the morning in black coffee, an easy way to add this is to stir coffee with spatula provided and when warm dip in the product and get the amount you want and stir until dissolved ed off the spatula…Last a good few months so worth the investment…

This is a very good quality Shilajit. This is my second time buying it and it works really well, helps not just the fatigue or skin issues but also speed up the back pain recovery and bone injuries.

Everyone is different, maybe some do not need it or do not resonate with it, but I absolutely love the taste. You can always put it in tea or coffee, or just hot water to moderate it. Closest I can think is it is a bit like CBD oil. If I had a complaint it is that it is so thick it makes it difficult to serve, but, for me worth the effort. Difficult to measure, seems to be going rather fast, so guessing I am taking too much. Feels so good right now, will return when I have used for a few weeks.
