These are a great item Don't forget to put some cooking oil on the handle to soak into the wood to help save them. And pretreat them so they don't rust. They are heavy and they work really well for bacon the bacon cooks and half the time.

These will rust like a skillet
These are well constructed and do the job as intended. They will rust if they are unprotected and subjected to a moist environment like being left outside or put in the dishwasher. I just dust mine with Pam and put them in a ziplock...then I can leave them on the shelf under the griddle and keep them out of the way.

Other than cleaning care of iron, these are great. Heavy enough to keep burgers cooking evenly. Two sizes but only fit one at a time in standard skillet. Great if cooking bacon and burgers at the same time 😊
