Great Way to Learn to Use Chopsticks
These helped me to finally use chopsticks. Easy to use and helps you learn finger placement. What I’ve also learned is that it’s important to develop muscle memory so that when you use a regular set of chopsticks, it feels natural. So what I would do is while doing something, like watch tv, I would use them. Basically hand exercises to help my hand adapt to using them.I eventually tried moving to regular chopsticks and was able to use them, but not well. This was after a few months of using the Edison set. I still was twisting the chopsticks and still do, just not as much as I used to. The only way to get beyond twisting them is simply practice. When you feel comfortable enough to move beyond Edison, try getting wooden chopsticks that are wide and don’t have a very tapered end. Basically like what you would get at a restaurant. It makes holding onto food, including ramen, much easier. Practice with anything you can. Small vegetables, candy, popcorn, etc.I also watched a few YouTube vids for more pointers and got it. The only thing I can’t do now is eat rice with chopsticks. I’ll probably have to watch a vid for that too! 😁

Wonderful chopsticks for my son, who has fine motor skill challenges but still wants to use chopsticks
I ordered these for my son a few months ago to replace a very old set that I'd gotten for him when he was little to help with his fine motor skills. So far they are holding up well and he loves having these since they fit his now-larger hands better than his old set. They are easy to wash, with the parts detaching from one another for a deep-clean whenever you feel the need, but I do recommend being gentle when taking them apart. The finger loops have held up well for us so far, but I'm always worried about tearing them if I'm not gentle when removing them for cleaning. I did have a problem with one of the green caps when these arrived - it kept falling off, so it may not have been glued on properly at the factory. The problem was easily solved with a little super glue, though, and so far nothing else has been wrong with these.

For a child
These seem to be designed for a child's hands or perhaps an adult with small hands may use.

Very useful and a pleasure to use!
My husband and I are both enthused over these training chopsticks. They are quite enjoyable to use and seem very well made. These are exceptionally nice for people that need help with finger placement as they have the loops for your two working fingers and small guiding rests for the proper placement of your thumb and supporting fingers. I understand the finger placement but still have problems with the chopsticks sliding down my ring finger when using regular chopsticks, these training chopsticks of course correct that. I am hoping that through muscle memory and practice I will be able to graduate to regular chopsticks eventually. This device is totally submersible in warm sudsy water to clean. They seem very well made and sturdy and I am thoroughly enjoying using them. My husband thought that it was very funny when I ordered these training chopsticks, but upon receiving and using them, he tried them and wanted a pair for himself, so I ordered him a pair too! I have quite small hands and my husband has very, very large hands, and I am able to use them quite comfortably, and although my husband would have preferred a little larger finger loops, he can still use them with relative comfort and ease, his fingers just do not slide very far into the loops. Very happy to have found these!

Mom Adores These
My mom had recently been getting her feet wet in exploring East Asian cultures and wanted a pair of adult-sized training chopsticks like she saw little kids using, that way she wouldn’t be accidentally learning how to hold them the wrong way. It was so hard to find right-handed, adult-sized training chopsticks so we were pleased to discover these. Now a couple years later, she still insists on using these when we get take out. It’s absolutely adorable. In our experience, the finger holes on these do quite well at accommodating larger finger circumferences and are quite comfortable to hold. They take only a few extra seconds to insert your fingers through and line up on the pieces of flat bits plastic. If you’re interested in improving your chopstick holding posture so can you grab food better and spare your hands from hand cramps, this product is a great way to go.

I can now eat with chopsticks!
I used to have so much trouble using chopsticks. Friends tried to guide me while we were out at restaurants, but I just couldn't do it and had to use a fork instead. But this training tool did the trick! It didn't take too long for me to get the hang of it, and I can now use chopsticks to eat, although noodles and rice are still challenging.Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to learn how to eat with chopsticks.
