Terrible laptop
The product is a shamJust an empty boxFirst what i prdered was 14' but got a 15".The laptop had so.many functipnal challenge.qhen.laptop is on.sleep.mode and ypu return, even when ypu key in your details, your page will.not open but you rather will restart the systemMost annoying now is that i have made a return.of item for long and till.now i am.yet to get my refund.That tech 365 is a sham.not worthy of selling electronics.

Elitebook hp laptop
After about one hour of charging, the battery couldn't add even 1% charge. Also the battery charging indicator light was blinking.Once the system is plugged off the power, it will switch off immediately.Quite disgusting sad experience.

Fast delivery, laptop in perfect condition and super well packaged. Now to learn how to use it

Good pc but careful with the refurbishment itself
PC is good and enough for standard working items but be careful with refurbished as the micro plug does not work (had to buy an USB adaptor) and the keyboard was a bit loose so i had to fit it in again…

Not so much the Laptop ....
Basically beware, the supplier doesn't check laptop batteries before sending. Laptop arrived and within 2 days i was getting replace battery messages. As this is a supplier to Amazon I had to speak with them directly Amazon didn't want to be involved. So supplier offered to send me a battery and i fit it myself? When i countered asking for them honour the guarantee they declined, unsurprisingly. So I had to pack up the laptop and send it back for a new battery to be fitted. So when Amazon say they have been checked and the battery is over 80% don't believe it.Otherwise laptop seems okay although I have only just got it back.
