It works with limitations. Good enough for the price.
It works and it is good value for the price. Can't expect professional level smoothness and performance at this price. If you just want to pan/tilt the camera, it'll get the job done.It can keep working while being charged. So can be used for extended time assuming external power source is avilable.Limitations- It uses stepper motor so the motion at speed level 3 and lower is jerky.- The A-B mode continuous panning takes the shortest path. So the A and B point are always under 180 degrees. Say point A is at 0 degree and point B at 210 degree, it won't rotate for 210 degrees. It'll just take the other path and jus rotate for 150 degrees.- The motion is also not smooth for A-B mode. While changing directions, it'll pause for few moments, start moving, stop again and start again.

Beware! Worked only until needing to be recharged
Worked like a charm for 2 months, then when the non-standard battery ran out and I tried to charge, the device would not charge.I tried to contact the seller and all they said was to change the battery (are you kidding me? It’s supposed to be rechargeable! This is a special order battery.) Pardon my rant but very poor customer service. They then ghosted me and never responded again. It’s a shame because this was a very useful product, until the battery ran out. It’s now a $100 paper weight and completely useless.—Update: Seller paid for cost of getting a separate battery/charger, and device is back to working again.

Noise
Overall, a fairly decent product for the money. Feels fairly solid. Does a fairly good job tracking but is a bit jittery. I used a lightweight Sony camcorder and that really helped to reduce the jitter some. Definitely expect some post-production editing especially when it comes to noise. Maybe using an external mic might help but all my video would have been unusable without audio editing. The remote worked well for me and responded nicely. I will overcome the bugs and use it for what I intended i.e. panning shots and some tracking shots. Motion gestures worked well and I found them quite useful. The pros do out way the cons so I would recommend it for most people.

Good product
Good product but very heavy for the application I was going to use it for… just have overall I think they can make it a lot lighter

Nice but need directions in English
On the fence with this one. Once I figure out the directions, I will amend this review.

Manual
Manual doesn't specify the type of shutter release cable is required. 3 stars for now
