It really works!! The directions says 2, but I’ve been taking 1 per day. I deal with anxiety (random panic attacks and derealization feelings) and some insomnia. Before I purchased these chill pills I was taking clonazepam like 3 times a week or as needed cause many things would trigger my anxiety, but now I’m not taking clonazepam anymore… This is my 3rd week taking this chill pill, I started feeling the effects the 3rd day when I was at Target and I was feeling extremely unbothered (which was weird since I hate crowds and kids doing tantrums, and annoying teens), I’ve felt very chill and it has helped me to sleep better (I also take glycinate of magnesium), Now I have this weird feeling that I don’t care if I don’t reply to customers emails, I don’t care if I text friends back, like idk how I feel about this careless/ish feeling. Also… zero libido, I used to watch corn and get done with it once a day, or every other day… now, no desire… not even curious about it. My mood now is very zen, I always struggled a little bit to go to the gym, but I always force myself and go. But now it’s a little harder because I’m like meh.. lol I also have been eating more carbs because of this unbothered feeling like “I won’t complicate my life with some extra calories!” (Before I was always feeling guilty). I will keep taking it cause there’s nothing worse than the derealization panic caused by anxiety…. Anyway, hope this helps!

As a lady wanting more of a holistic approach to my anxiety and mood these are a must have! They are very affordable, lightens my mood within the hour and overall just works very well.For me the size and ease of swallowing these is not intimidating and is easy.The taste could be a bit better, but they’re pills and don’t taste too bad with that being said.Pop these at night and rest your worries away.

This is an amazing find on Amazon I genuinely feels like it helps considerably if you take it correctly. Make sure to have periods where you skip a few days (research for more info). Also this has St. John's Wort Herb Extract which can have DANGEROUS interactions and side effects like serotonin syndrome when combined with ssri, stimulants, and more. If you take any medication or even self medicate be careful and do your research. Also the taste is bad but that does not really matter much.
