Peeled Garlic by Christopher Ranch Monviso 3lbs

Removed it from the original bag, froze most as you would freeze any vegetable, then placed in a freezer contanier and stored in the freezer. The remainder placed in a jar with a good seal (odor control) and stored in the fridge of everyday use.

It was wonderful, not to have to peel every single garlic clove! There were maybe one or two bad cloves in the entire 3 pound bag. This garlic was fresh, potent, and delicious! I bought three bags, so it will be a long time before I need to buy anymore, but I will definitely buy this again!
