Have only had the spice a couple of days, used it very lightly on my bagel and loved the flavor. Looking forward to cooking with the spice.

The grains are spicy hot in a good way. Pour about a quarter teaspoon in your hand, chew them up and enjoy the flavor. Keep a glass of water close by just in case they are too peppery. It warms you internally. We will have if the reported benefit’s are accurate.

Very flavorful peppercorns. I mix them with black peppercorns & grind them together.

I ordered a 2 ounce package and when it arrived it weighed only 1.75 ounces, 52 grams. This is not what is advertised! I put an empty jar on my kitchen scale and tarred it to zero then weighed what was delivered. As you can see, this does not weigh 2 ounces.

I got grains of paradise for a recipe based on elder scrolls video game. I have never tasted them before and they added an amazing taste.
