poor quality control
The cover fixing was touching the internal copper tube I fitted a rubber sleeve in the hope it would alleviate any problem and although causing considerable difficulty fixing the cover I have yet to test the unit out just keeping my fingers crossed

Very Poor Quality
Although it is a nice neat unit, it failed not even three years old. Unit had been leaking for a long time by the looks of the damaged wooden undershelf. The leak was inside the unit and impossible for me to repair. Very disappointed.

Disappointed & Dangerous
Purchased as a replacement for exactly the same model fitted many years ago which had given outstanding service. Sellers delivery time was spot on but product was not good. First picture shows very poor assembly of fittings to the chassis. The 2nd photo shows the mis-punch of the cable entry point. I dismissed these as poor assembly, fixed the unit to the wall, made the electrical and pipe work connections and reinstated the water and electrical supply. Turned on the tap and could hear electrical arcing. Photo 3 shows the reason - the main electrical feed wire to the heating elements was only resting in place - the 'weld' of the wire to the conductor had failed. While repairing this I noticed an unconnected wire - photo 4. Photo 5 shows were it should have been connected. When I pulled the sleeve back to reconnect it there were no burn marks indicating it was not a failed connection but a connection that had never been made. This unit was in a dangerous condition and further confirms the poor assembly noticed at the beginning. I hope these fault are not a reflection of the quality of the components - only time will tell. I did contact the seller directly and asked them to pass on these details and photos to the manufacturer but I have not heard from either.
