These work just as good as my TRX system and costs a lot less. Comes with everything you need. I bought this to use on my XT4 sled.

Helped significantly in my hip rehab
These straps provided needed assistance with exercises during my rehab after three hip surgeries. They are sturdy and can be used with confidence.

Barrel adjuster does not hold weight
Generally they are a good replacement for expensive TRX equipment. The bands and the carabiner hooks seem to be of good quality. The handles feel a little cheap but are holding up well.But - the "barrel adjuster" does not lock enough to avoid slippage - if I pull on a locked single one with all my weight (180 lbs), it starts to slip. This makes it dangerous and hard to trust that it'll hold my weight when pulling on it.

Great For The Price
Works well, great for squats, much cheaper than name brand.. Need good standalone wall anchor, included door anchor stresses door hardware. If door anchor used, install on hinge side for best support.
