Great massage chair, especially for the price. We use it all the time. I had a big empty corner to place it in which you will need due to the way it tilts back. I’ve had it about five months and no problems. I do find it a little too intense on my lower back where bone is close to the surface but I just have placed a hand towel there and that works just fine.

Very nice chair works quite well but the beeping in the remote is very annoying and the air valves make a popping sound when they let the air in and out which if you don't put music on in the Bluetooth speakers can be annoying also. The remote should be backlit so that you can see the buttons clearly. I still love the chair though does a great job.

My husband and I ordered this a bit on a whim and then questioned whether we made a silly impulse purchase. Within an hour of our chair arriving, however, we knew we had made a great choice. The chair is super easy to assemble (my 10-year-old who likes building things did it in about 10 minutes) and super high quality. We bought the white and blue model which is a more modern look than the giant black or brown massage chairs of earlier years. The massage the chair provides is awesome, too. It's super relaxing and has really helped us work out years of tension in our necks and backs. We're sleeping better, too. All told, a great chair.

You really don’t even qualify for 1 star! The chair quit working and it’s supposed to be under warranty but we keep getting the run around from the seller and from the extended warranty company! Do not buy!!

I like it for the most part. I wish the airbags could be set even lower than it allows, as on some of the programs they feel like they squeeze my arms and legs too tightly. Turning them off makes the rest of the machine far less effective. Ive figured out how to take my feet and forearms out while still leaving the bags on so they still help with the back and lower body. Overall i would say this is a good machine, but you might want to either spend less or spend more. Worth having. Could have more customization.

For the price, it is a great chair. Other chairs for double the price feel the same to me. I have had it for 6 months now, without issues. Probably use it twice a week.

We’ve had this chair for about a month and so far we really like it. The massage rollers actually do reach the neck and head and the foot rollers are very powerful. It is a little bit difficult to get into and out of the chair, and the intensity of the massage may be too intense for some. I really like the heating function for the back. It would be nice to have had a Bluetooth option to choose music during the massage. We are still figuring things out, but so far we really like the massage chair.

We bought this chair for the reception area of my wife’s office and could not be happier. The chair was easy to assemble because the chair is ready to go for the most part. We had to attach the leg/foot portion and the adapters. The shipping crate was on the large side. Seller was great to work with in scheduling the delivery.
