Strong Hold Without the Sticky Feel — Great Everyday Paste!
I’ve been using the Cremo Thickening Paste for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The texture is lightweight and easy to work with, and it spreads evenly through my hair without any clumping or residue. One of the best things about this product is the balance it strikes between high hold and low shine. It gives my hair enough structure to keep styles in place throughout the day, but it still looks natural — not greasy or stiff like some other styling products. It also does a great job at adding volume and making my hair feel thicker, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve used it for both casual looks and more polished styles, and it performs great either way.Another bonus is that it washes out easily with just regular shampoo — no build-up or heavy feeling afterward. If you’re looking for a dependable, everyday styling paste that holds without making your hair crunchy, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

I don't think people understand what this is for...
It's getting a lot of mixed reviews, some loving it and some not so much. Products like this are very personal and subjective. But I think some folks are confusing this matte hair paste for other products and then don't like it because it's not what they're used to because it's not super gooey, not shiny, or doesn't have enough hold. What I learned is that this type of product is for people with fine hair, thinning hair, etc., so the first thing I learned from professional barber Matty Conrad is that when you have fine or thinning hair you don't want a lot of weight or water sagging your hair down. Gels, pomades, and the like have higher hold but also weigh your hair down making it appear like you have less hair. So the function of this type of product is supposed to be light and dry. So less is more in the sense that you don't want a ton of product in your hair weighing your hair down, making it appear stringy, saggy, or limp. Another thing is that hold is dependant on hair length, and so he recommends that folks with thinning or fine hair keep hair length between 3 to 5 inches. I actually bought this because his Victory brand super dry was out of stock and this seemed like a good comparison. I will say that I don't blow dry my hair personally, but he recommends salt sprays, matte dry pastes, and blow drying your hair and getting a cut that suits your hair type. All this to say, I think some people are not liking this product because it's not what they're accustomed to. But what they're accustomed to is usually made for thicker hair types. So it's all about maximizing your specific hair type. Also, it doesn't go into wet hair or on wet hands as well as others products. I've come to see this is because super dry matte pastes are made for dry to mostly dry hair. When used correctly I find it gives me the texture and hold I need, and smells clean and refreshing. Not trying to put folks down or anything, but I hate to see bad reviews because people are not up to speed on this sort of thing. Anyway, I'll be trying Victory super dry when it's back in stock, but in the meantime this is fantastic stuff. Just that you have to understand what's it's intended to do and how to use it just right! Hey I had to learn all this too! If you go to Matty Conrad's YouTube channel there's a video on fine and thinning hair that really helped me to understand how to maximize my own personal haircare needs. In the meantime, I think this product is getting a bad wrap because it's made for specific reasons. Hope this helps you guys and gals out there!

Great stuff for my handlebar mustache
I love this for my handlebar mustache. I have never grown one before so I’m finding a whole new world of products meant for beard and mustache grooming. I’ve bought several types of mustache wax with varying results: some don’t provide any hold, some are too thick or tacky, many smell like pine tar and lanolin. This is a great compromise between having enough hold without the tacky texture. This also smells the best of all my products. It is also much more economical than the pine tar stuff. The only drawback I’ve encountered is that sometimes small white crumbs appear as the paste gels, but these are easily manageable with a wipe or comb through.

Makes my hair so much thicker!
I have medium fine hair and it's thinning in some areas...PS I'm a 72 yr old woman.... You wouldn't think that this product would do as much as it does but I'm thrilled. I have tried lots of different products because not only is it medium fine but it has no curl at all (which was wonderful when I was 16 but not now). My alternatives to getting body in my hair is to either get it permed.... Not recommended for thinning hair...or use a lot of product and curl it. And even then my hair won't hold a curl for more than about an hour and then it goes very flat. This product you can put in wet or dry and I tend to do both. But it holds the curl for 2 days!!! (I use a curling iron)You rub about a dime size amount in the palm of your hand it's very thick and feels a little sticky but rub it thoroughly through your hands and then lift your hair and pat it on the roots and then use the rest of your hand to just scrunch it and pull it into a piece look. Then I use a lite hairspray on the areas that tend to separate. Many times when I'm in a hurry I just run my fingers through it and pull and fluff and go!! It really is amazing! With my sisters have very sick curly hair. But I got the thin stringy hair. Now we actually look like sisters!
