It's totally a new product with a very low price. Brilliant quality, good camera, nice performance, speakers are perfect and a great battery backup.Has no scratches and doesn't feel refurbished. I'm totally satisfied and glad that I got a new product for a very less price.

Half of the screen has gone completely dead, making the device practically unusable. This is clearly a significant defect, and it's unacceptable for a brand-new product.**Customer Service Struggle:**Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. I reached out to the seller's customer care multiple times, but getting a response has been incredibly difficult. When I finally managed to get through, the support was unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me without a solution to the problem.As a customer, I expect better quality products and more efficient customer service, especially when dealing with significant issues like this. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
