So many of the artificial sweeteners contain dextrose as the first ingredient. I was really happy to find this pure aspartame. It's potent and a very little goes a long way! For me it dissolved instantly in hot tea/coffee. It tastes sweet with zero aftertaste or bitterness. Excellent product!

First of all, I have personally been consuming diet Cokes, diet Pepsi and many other sugar-free beverages sweetened with aspartame for the past 40 plus years with no side effects whatsoever. Do not believe the hype when people tell you that nutrisweed or aspartame are dangerous, I have no ill effects from it.Anyway, I love brewing fresh iced tea by the gallons and I use this bulk aspartame sweetener to quickly and easily sweeten gallons of tea. This tastes just like opening individual packets of equal sweetener but without having to open dozens of packets. This is very concentrated so I use about a teaspoon per gallon of tea and I like it sweet and this does the trick! Hope I can keep buying this product for many years to come!

Perfect sweetner. Sucralose is too potent to eyeball, it will burn youre tongue, but aspartame, you can just do a half spoon on your cereal and it tastes delicious.

After completely dissolving a spoonful of this aspartame powder into my favorite hot beverages, a small amount of the aspartame powder always refuses to dissolve.What is that?I suspect that it's acesulfame potassium (acesulfame K).This clumpy, residual powder has a slight bitter aftertaste, indicating that it's not aspartame.If it's not acesulfame K, then it's saccharin or maltodextrin.But maltodextrin shouldn't have this slight bitter aftertaste.All other aspartame products are even worse than this product at adding things to the pure aspartame.

I don't see how this product is anything but a waste of money! It doesn't taste sweet at all if put some on your tongue and won't dissolve in warm tea it just clumps, I can't believe anyone can use this. I have been using the blue packets for decades and this crap is terrible total rip off. I am stuck with it as your can't return it once opened. Now if anyone can tell me I am not using it right let me know. I had to dump my tea out. I would really like to give it Zero stars.

Free of maltodextrin. Much sweeter. Coffee tastes much better with this than the packets in stores.

Aspartame is my sweetner of choice and I'm not sensitive to sweet. In the photo is a comparison of 6 blue packets and the amount of this product to get the same sweetness (for me). It doesn't melt as easily, especially in cold beverages, but I prefer aspartame without the additives. I just use a spoon to smooth the lumps. Great value!

I buy another blue brand of bulk aspartame sweetener and one oz of this to a bag of that. It takes the sweet way up without going over the threshold to bitter. This does clump easily so I break it up before mixing. It then it stays granular.
