I have the largest size foot for the range I bought and these are tight to get on, but fit fine once they are on. They are exactly what I wanted to chill my feet after jogging.Right out of the freezer, they are super cold on my feet when wearing socks. They gradually fade over 20 minutes.I haven't use the wraps that came with them.

This works wonderfully! Wasn’t sure at first I have tried several but I absolutely lover putting this on its soft and comfortable. I’m getting another one and I am going to recommend this to everyone!!

Recovering from fractured fibula/dislocated ankle and 2 major surgeries - this sleeve is way too tight for any kind of swelling or sutures even three months post op. I tried it and it was so painful I almost cut it off to remove it.

It is hard to put in but great product. Definitely gets cold and helps with swelling. It is a little tight so comfort is hit or miss. Sometimes struggling to put it on doesn't help pain relief but after letting it warm up a little makes it easier to stretch over foot. Doesn't help my stability because I don't walk on it

I have a lot of trouble with my ankles and feet, so I’m often soaking them in ice to reduce inflammation. I’ve tried a number of devices that would make this more convenient, but have been sorely disappointed. This, however, is amazing. It retains the cold temperature for around 20 minutes, and the sleeve is very flexible, even when cold. It is the only device like this I’ve used that doesn’t hurt the back of my Achilles tendon when I have a flare up.The downside? It’s not as effective as an ice soak; however, it is way more convenient. I also wish it covered more of the ankle and foot.Overall, despite my wishes for more, it’s a solid 5.
