Fails after 3 years
Failed. I can here a physical whirring noise as it attempts to charge and then makes a different noise that cuts off the charging to the battery. I purchased this October 7, 2022 and it is no longer working July 5, 2025

Does NOT include the remote charger part.
I didn't see that the remote control was NOT included, until I received it and went back and read the in-depth description closer. It's just for the batteries. Learned a good lesson-read the entire description.
