As a very casual smoker, after nights out where I say I’m not going to smoke and then after 5 pints o find myself with a cigarette in my hand I would frequently experience tightness in my chest and shortness of breath in the next few days after a big session.Although slightly sceptical at first what I can attest to is that after using breathe now on a fair few occassions like this this is significantly diminished.
