Cheap and half made from plastic
Half the tap is made of plastic and not brass as described. Spout is plastic

Come with everything you need for installation
The tap arrived on time and it’s matt (what I wanted). It comes with pipes and other bits you need for installation. It feels heavy and hope it can last.

Easy to install and good water flow
Purchased to replace the old one in our spare bathroom as it started to leak. the installation was a no brainer, just take off the old one and put this new one in the same place and plug the same pipes. water flow is good also looks more stylish than the old one.

Great product but water pressure is weak
This is a great product and would recommend, however since installing this, the hot water pressure on the tap is very weak. My water pressure on other taps have been fine, so not sure why this is so weak.

Flimsy and low quality
*Update*After 14 months of use one of the tap tails burst (just before we were about to go away on holiday for 2 weeks!!). The tap itself was never great, always looked cheap and felt unstable. I've replaced it with a better one.*Original Review*This is a super cheap tall basin tap which looks good, functions well, but feels a little cheap and flimsy. It's plastic, not metal (apart from the actual plumbed parts) and I suppose that means it won't rust, which is a positive, but it seems a little light and wobbly in situ. I'm working on the basis that if it doesn't last more than a year I've still got my money's worth.It was easy to install and the water flow is good, so I'm happy with it overall.
