Someone posted a picture on a different forum and the ingredients were organic, this label isn’t, is there an organic version available?

Yes, on the bottle it reads: Organic apple juice, Organic sugar cane and organic lemon juice.

What is the shelf life?

Don’t have an official answer. But we had ours opened and was using it for close to four months with no deterioration of the product.

In response to the other answer that states that you don’t need to pasteurize a made-from-apples product because “it’s not an animal product”: I direct you to the Odwalla apple juice E. coli outbreak and subsequent lawsuit. And yes, Odwalla now pasteurizes their apple juice.
