Not UK standard thread for connecting up to mains
Tap is very nice but imagine my disapointment when everything was in place, tap secured and i come to the easy bit of connecting the hot and cold feeds up and the thread is a different size - how annoying! why even sell this in the Uk???Picture shows new thread vs tap removed

Faulty Basin Tap
I always use Grohe for replacement taps with success. However, water was leaking through the top on connection which indicates a breakdown of the cartridge and not what you would expect from Grohe for a new tap. Replacement requested and hopefully a quality tested product will be received.

Grohe quality. Can buy cheaper but not better.
Grohe quality as always. Old tap from same brand lasted many years. Only replaced due to a larger tap required for new basin unit.
