Very good bread-making flour
One of my favourite lightly-seeded bread-making flours. No longer available at Waitrose.

Really good multigrain bread flour
This is a really good multigrain bread flour. I use a breadmaker and have switched to using this flour after enjoying fabulous breakfasts on a recent stay at a b&b in Orkney. I mostly make a seeded granary loaf and an olive variant. Results are consistent and tasty. I've also tried it 60/40 with spelt flour and that adds a slightly deeper note to the taste.Postage makes it expensive if you buy a single 1.5kg bag so best to order two or three bags at a time if you can.

Not worth the money
Wish I had read the description properly as it said seed flakes and not whole. For that money I expected to have a top quality product which this is not will definitely not be buying again. Most disappointedAll I saw was linseeds
