NIce scrapers. Both seem sturdy. Love that the measurements are on one of them. Will have to use more to see how long it last but so far so good. Recommend you hand wash and dry immediately after use to prevent rust.

I have been on a preop diet and making Pico like crazy. This has come in helpful to get a little finer chop. Nice blade and has measurements on the blade. Recommend

I was very excited to receive this item today as I was making a recipe that called for chopped spinach, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, etc. Imagine my disappointment when the knife would not chop any of these items. I checked to make sure there was not another covering on the actual blade and there was not. I went back and read the description of the item and it did state that it chopped vegetables and reviews stated same. I tried to use to chop spinach and it was ineffective so I attempted to chop cucumber, tomatoes, and a carrot and it was like I was using a butter knife. Overall, it seems like a good piece of equipment and perhaps it’s better used as a scraper or for bread making.
