Worked just as it should

Not a bad item but the holes didn’t align with the holes on my 2017 21 inch iMac not that it mattered - I just didn’t use them for alignment. Adhesive was fine and did the job well. I had to check out some YouTube videos to remind myself of the way to apply them - especially the bottom one which, in my case with the 2017 iMac, means the little notch in the strip has to align precisely over the microphone hole along the bottom section which, until I did some research, I didn’t even know was a microphone hole. I could’ve messed up big time if it’d been a millimetre out and covered it up. The set includes a nice tool to remove the screen which worked well. All in all, the job went well but the set could really do with some instructions or a link to some instructions.

I was replacing the hard drive with an ssd on my 2018 iMac and need to remove the screen. The cutter supplied did a great job of cutting through old adhesive, and these strips fitted perfectly when putting the screen back on.
