No help…. Maybe even made things worse
I don’t usually write reviews but felt it necessary this time….I had started a menopause supplement that came in capsule form and had some trouble swallowing it so I changed to this. The taste was fine but that is where anything positive to say ended. Not only did it not help, but I would say my hot flashes were A LOT worse than normal …. Went back to swallowing the capsule supplement and the symptoms were sooooo much better.
