Very Nice Quality
This is a great value. Does what it should. Fits a variety of splash pans - shown in photo on Brent wheel.

Easy to adjust
I'm new to pottery, and was looking for a tool to help me be consistent in repeat throws.The DAFENCHI Pottery Gauge Throwing Tool works well. I especially like the way you can flip the tip out of the way to remove your work from the wheel.

Imperfect fit
The holes in the base of the white metal column didn’t match up with the holes of the black metal clamp. They were off by a couple millimeters. I had to drill out the holes in order to connect the parts. It is hardened metal and I broke a bit.

Don't cut yourself
Does the job but would benefit from taking a file to the sharp edges. I'd imagine this is the price it is because no post processing is done after stamping the metal parts otherwise decent.

This is my first throwing gauge - easy to set up, lightweight, and I like that it can be affixed to my splash pan.

It is sturdy and I think the choice of a metal one will last longer than one made of wood.
