What it says on the box
Great little plastic n metal keycap puller with the ability to turn and pull key switches also. Works as intended what’s more to say.

2-in-1 Keycap and Switch Puller
The media could not be loaded. Nice compact keycap and switch puller. I tried it out to pull a keycap off my keyboard using both pullers for the sake of this review. I found it easy to use both sides for this one task. It also came with a user guide that's easy to understand. It's decent although a little pricy by a couple of pounds or so, as it's currently selling for £9.99.

Not much to say, works really well. Makes the job of pulling lots of keys/switches really quick.

Looks great but BIG problem...
The media could not be loaded. The Attack Shark x Mambashark keycaps and switch puller looks great and feels well-designed. I especially love how the keycap puller folds away for easy storage. However, the switch puller is a letdown. It requires too much pressure to remove switches, which has unfortunately scratched my keyboard. If you're mainly looking for a keycap puller, this is a solid choice, but for switch removal, I'd recommend something else.

Flimsy
Worked as intended for about 8 keys before it started to lose grip. It was cheap but I need something sturdier.

A Must Have For A Mechanical keyboard.
This arrives in it's own box and is contained in a foam insert. This is a really nice key cap puller and works very well. You fold the two arms down and they click in place, you then position the arms under the key cap and pull up to remove the key cap. Nice and simple and works better than the other tweezer type ones I have had it the past.My keyboard being a low cost mechanical keyboard does not have removeable switches, but I did try the switch remover and it gripped both sides of the switch really well so I have no doubt if you have removable switches it would be a breeze to take them out with this tool.In my opinion if you have a mechanical keyboard this is an invaluable tool for removing the keycaps for cleaning purposes. If you have a high end gaming keyboard with removable switches this would be ideal for swapping out your switches for some other type, Cherry Blue to Cherry Red for instance on the WASD keys.I am very happy with this, the construction is solid and it should last a long time. I really like how the arms fold up into the body out of the way so there is no chance of them getting accidentally bent. The price (£9.99 at time of review and there is a 15% voucher making it £8.50) I think is fair for something this solid and compact that carries out 2 functions. It now has a place in my computer maintenance tool box for keyboard cleaning.I hope you found this review helpful

A little fiddly, but gets the job done.
I tend to clean my keyboards every couple of months, I just seem to accumulate dust a lot quicker than you would think. In the box you get the keycap dual puller, and a small set of instructions. It took me a moment to grasp the concept as I normally used my hands. Its a purple key remover, but they do come in different colors, just what was available at the time. The Attack Shark 2 in 1 keycap puller firstly allows you to remove the keys themselves, then the switches as well by flipping the device upside down. The manual covers this in more detail. For cleaning and removing damaged keys for replacement, this is an ideal device. Ulitmately the Attack Shark 2 in 1 keycap puller allows you to customise your keyboard or clean it in either mode. Keyswitch removal is more for a different feel on your keyboard, want to install softer feel typing keys, then use the switch end to replace with different switch set. It is admittely even with the key cap puller, a lot of work, but if your determined to customise your keyboard to something else, then its an ideal tool.Pros: Precise way to remove damaged keys/switches. allows for customisation to different styles.Cons: Not much faster than using your fingers vs keys. Needs a compatible keyset to work.
