This pill case was much bigger than I expected (which is my own faulty for not reading!), but it is built really well. It's actually metal and feels very high quality. It's easy to use, can hold a solid amount, and easy to throw in a bag/suitcase for traveling! Good bang for your buck if you need something big!

Best pill organizer ever. I like the simple design and it keeps all my meds securely. I've been traveling for work for about 10 years now and I wish I would have found this sooner. Best reason for buying (I purchased 2, one for morning, and one for evening...is the less than $20 price per piece, was looking into the $100 plus popular magnetic with the 'clicking' sound but I couldn't seem to justify paying that much for it (even if I had to pay with HSA/FSA.

EDIT: I'm a little special. It didn't occur to me that I was using the compartments "backward" in that I was pulling the whole thing out and using the innermost compartment first. I realized I was being dumb when I looked at the labels and thought that they were in the wrong order, and then it clicked that I should be doing it from right to left, not left to right... It's still plastic inside tho.This case is fine, but it's a little annoying. Mainly:1. The exterior is metal, but the interior (including the two ends of the case) is still plastic.2. The compartments are all open at once, which means you can't quickly flip a single day's dose into your hand; you have to fish all the pills out at once, or block all the other compartments with your hand.I think both of these are probably obvious from the product description, but the description is a bit misleading (since it says metal I thought it was ALL metal).

These feel substantial and work so much better than the cheap plastic ones. After we load it up once a week, It allows my 90-year-old dad to handle his own daily pills which he couldn’t do with the fussy plastic ‘snap’ caps on the cheap ones. It has a little bit of a ‘catch’ - in a good way - to stop at the right spot between each day, which really helps with the usability verses several other similar metal models we tried. Really pleased with this purchase.

Good choice for meds and vitamins. Nice size, well made.

The aluminum outer shell is excellent quality. The pill holder, which has no covers over each compartment, is much flier. The inner sleeve slides very easily and has no friction to hold it in place so if you only want to get to one day worth of pills, it would be a major balancing act knock the spill all the rest of them. Because of the spill risk. It was returned.

Solid metal case for my multivitamin and supplements. Plenty of room for them with room if i have more or larger pills to take later. Very happy.

The lack of thin plastic hinges is a big plus. This is a well-designed asset to my daily supplement regimen.
