I can't tell you one way or another if this is working for me. I don't see any muscle growth and I guess because I'm old. When I was in my 50's this worked like a charm but now it's a daily struggle. It's gritty mixed in water only. Don't be stupid and mix it in coffee because coffee reduces creatine. It's simple to mix in a shaker bottle and easy to swallow. It has given me stomach bloat. There is no taste. And it was worth trying for the price. After this one is all gone, I'm just going to try clean whey isolate protein powder and exercise like I do every day at the purple palace. It is what it is folks. Get in shape in your twenties and keep working out well into your 60's, 70's and so on. Don't let the fat bug beat you. You beat it!!
