No good on a cnc machine
I tried using this as a drag bit on a hobby cnc machine. It was a waste of money. No doubt it’s ok in a hand held Dremel, or it would be if there was still a diamond in it.

Very poor quality - only 10 mins use!!!
Used the point for metal engraving and only had 10 minutes of use before the tip was gone and the whole point was fully blunt! Prior to this I did not notice a drastic difference from the original tungsten-carbide point provided. Also when it was delivered it arrived in excessive packaging, so not happy at all!!

Dremel Diamond Engraving Point
This was purchased as a spare point for my Dremel; unfortunately I am still using my original diamond point which I had expected to be worn out by now on super hard steel tools so I can only comment on the original.Original point is proving to be outstanding in performance and wear resistance; accordingly, I would recommend an original replacement when needed
