Love it! Just like a glaze
It really is between a glaze and a sauce. I love with with salads but also with diced water melon. A tad sweet with a bite. Very interesting!

My favourite Balsamic vinegar
I had been searching for this in all my usual stores and it was out of stock. So I was surprised to find it available here and immediately bought 2 bottles.It is a thicker consistency than most Balsamic vinegars, yet less dense and syrupy than the decorative, sweet one. If you haven't tried it, then you really should, it is my go-to.

Bad taste
