Once you use the defuser the cover is nearly impossible to remove to refill water and oil. The cover gets very sticky near the seam. In order to remove the cover I personally had to use a butter knife to remove the cover. If that’s not bad enough the black cover paint starting dripping the black color into the water. I thought at first it was mold, but it was the black paint the cover is made from. Don’t waste your money on this model. It’s junk in a cool looking container!

I use these everyday. I have them both on the main floor on two opposite ends. I have noticed that some of the oil gets hard and stuck near the passageway. It is however, winter. Recently I’ve started using warm water and it seems to help. It runs a long time and has a sleek look! I do wish I could set it on just one color, but that doesn’t bother me a ton. Also, not a bad idea to keep it close to plants. They like that :)

Was excited to have these in my new place. Thought the price was more than fair, but, unfortunately, it became a 'get what you pay for' situations. Only one functions properly (and does so well). There's a trick to the second one if you've not thrown the one that's not working away though - you need to basically keep tapping the power button long for it decide to actually stay on. Once it... decides.. to stay on, it works great, but not worth hitting the power button for 3 minutes straight.Mist output, along with a good oil will get the area smell great in no time. The RGB is good for if you're either wanting a rainbow effect or you want to set it to one color. To set it to one color, wait for said color to make it's way about around and tap the light button and it'll remain that way until next cycle.Apart from one not working as it should - unless you want to do what I learned to "fix" it, these work great. I just wish they both worked as intended out of the box. Easy to use, not loud at all, so if you're trying to sleep around one, you won't have an issue. The size is a plus. Pictured is the device next to a 1oz fragrance dropper bottle.

So I’ve had a diffuser for a while, not from this company. It was bigger and had Wi-Fi and all the fancy bells and whistles. I never hooked it up to Wi-Fi ( who needs that!) The problem with that one was I could NEVER get the lid to go back down properly on it.Finally I lost my patience and bought these cute little things. First of all you get TWO for the price of one, but secondly the lid comes off and goes back on like it should. I mean, I literally could not get the lid to go back onto the previous one. It was aggravating! So far so good with these. I love these things. They operate a long time and the output is just right for me.
