These bands are poor quality and as such poor value for money. The packaging is adequate i suppose. I might add there is no mention of resistance measurements on the box nor on the bands themselves, the small label on the back just rates them as 'different resistances' so it's anyone's guess to be fair.The two bigger bands come coiled up in the box the thinner one is just bundled in a plastic bag all twisted and doesn't look anything like the one represented in the advert picture.I bought these a while ago but due to ill health have only just got round to opening it. Had I still been in my return window these would of been making their journey back as it stands I'll likely bin them and go with a more professional set. Definitely one that has weight / resistance rating that seem trustworthy.Shop around before settling on these. I hope this brief review helps.
