Q: can i use this in my hair oil?

I feel the hibiscus red color will stain. Just my opinion. Don’t use in hair oil.

Yes, this would work...i.e.4tsp per quart or 8 tsp per 2 quarts. Tea is by individual taste, though, so I would experiment starting with a lesser amount and see what you prefer.
