I've taken this twice now and I slept so well. I love all the ingredients in this bottle. I had no bad side effects, I did not wake up feeling groggy nor did I have vivid or strange dreams. I love how effective it is. My whole body felt very relaxed. It was great. I will be buying again.

Was using Vital Nutrients Sleep Aid till it was backordered. Tried this. Wasn’t sure at first if we liked it, but now we sleep soundly. Can be a bit groggy in morning tho but it works!

What can you say about a pot of melatonin pills? Well, the presentation of the product is good and neat. The pills are the typical capsules that even not being small are easy to swallow.The product is made in a lab in US, which should be a warranty of quality even if I can't see the FDA certification stamp printed on the tag.I can't really tell my sleep has improved taking these pills, but I haven't experienced anything bad either after taking them forn almost a week.Price is around a dollar per pill at the time of this review, seems like even if is a good product with top ingredients, is on the expensive side.

First off, the dosage is smaller than the melatonin supplement I already had - 10mg. Even so, this was able to get me to doze off in bed just like my max strength supplement. The small problem with me and melatonin is that the supplement gets me to sleep, but I wake up later in the night. Even though I wake up at night, I still feel like I slept a full eight hours. I guess this is the great benefit of melatonin, getting me to sleep quicker and feeling refreshed afterward. There's no horrible taste with this supplement, and the ashwaghanda will definitely help with anyone experiencing late-night anxiety or stress.

As far as a sleep aid I decided to try this supplement and it works for me. This is a very good quality supplement that has many components in the mix. It supports relaxation, which is so important when you want to wind down and sleep. I had all the results it indicated, but considering I don’t normally have major issues with falling sleeping, I feel like this formula is overkill for my particular situation. I am basing this on all the other ingredients that are in the mix. Such as melatonin, L-theanine, vitamin B, Ashwagandha, lemon balm extract, L-theanine, 5-HTP, saffron extract, and passionflower extract.I’m glad I have this supplement but will only take it when I have to wake up particularly early and need this extra support. I highly recommend it to those who really need help with falling asleep. It is vegan and is pure and potent. It is non-GMO and down not contain artificial fillers, coatings, binders, or colors. I trust this product because it goes through thorough quality assurance including 3rd-party independent laboratories that test the product for purity and potency.
