During a home facial, I placed a few damp towels inside, and within minutes, I had perfectly heated towels ready to cleanse and soothe my skin, elevating the entire experience. I’ll said this is a good product. But when it came, it broken . I am going to buy another 2. If the seller see this feedback, can u please wrap it with bubble wrap to protect.

It’s hard to put the lid on tightly and steam escapes from the sides

I need warm damp towels to enable me to do facials and this perfect!I can keep them next to me in the plastic box until needed and don’t need to worry about them going cold.Heats up VERY quickly and the towels get very hot (comes with tongs to pick them up with)Does make a little bit of noise whilst operating but that’s not an issue for me as I hear them before starting.Would be great for lemon infused hand towels for your guests to use after a dinner party!

Does the job

This is quick to heat, you can hear the water boiling in literally seconds.You get the base unit which takes nearly a litre of water.Then you sit the deep towel holder over it and the lid clips on.You can just get one bath sheet in if you roll it tightly and clip the lid on carefully.There is a clockwork timer thing which is also the on button and can be set for up to 30 minutes which I suppose you might use for sterilizing towels.This is really meant for hand towels to sit inside and there are a couple of thin wire separators so you can roll smaller towels and take out one without pulling the lot out, using the tongs.The specs describe space for 8 but I would say that is maybe a little generous unless they are also describing small hand towels.The power draw is 600watts an hour.You can have a nice hot bath towel in around 4 or 5 minutes so if you are needing to have baths or showers in a cold bathroom, it possible to warm a towel enough to use once you get out again.I would suggest that you don't let children access it at all as it is possible to scald your fingers on the steam as you open the clips and obviously water and electricity need very careful handling.

I have just received my towel warmer and I have only used it for one day in my massage clinic, So far so good. Heats quickly and then keeps the towels at an ambient temp. They can be given a heat boost thanks to the timer just before client arrives. So happy with it and cheaper than other hot towel cabbies. Hopefully it will last 🤞

Set this up yesterday, didn't heat up or wet the towels at all. The instructions did not specify to wet the towels first so I might try that but it's noisy and the 30 minute time operation doesn't seem enough to heat the towels.
